Kims a55 is 100% fake. Its all injections or some kind of implant. There is no way that girl went from her before pics to the way she looks now. It just keeps growing and growing in an abnormal way. Every year its bigger and bigger. I think the back of her suit is gross. I think shes trash. And I'm sorry I HATE that shes famous. It looks like it's a deformity. Like some kind of birth defect that caused her body to look like this.
This is not how a normal human body looks- at any size.
I don't get why she'd have surgery to turn herself into a freak show.
