This is true of a lot of people in NYC. They claim to be charitable, but they don't really do anything except shop, vacation, and write the occasional check when it will get them fame, credit, or entrance to an exclusive gala.
It's better that people write checks than that they don't (of course), but it's sad that they think that they are so charitable when they really haven't "given" their time or compassion, but rather have merely just bought another product.
Even in her "charity" she's a *****. She's taking the money they got for the wedding and making a donation to charity. So, she gets the tax write off, but her wedding guests get screwed. They all just need to go away...
Yeah I just read about how they were waiting to decide what to do with their wedding gifts  And she kept the ring
With that short of a marriage shouldn't she give them back?

Not for nothing, but most of the people at that wedding could well afford to make a donation. I think they are doing the right thing by donating it.
As far as the ring, she has every right to keep it.

Since the speculation is that she bought the ring - or it was the proceeds of a deal she made, she should keep it. It was a business deal that she crafted it.
As for the gifts, they should be returned to the giver or at least the giver should be asked what they would like done with it. I had a friend who had her marriage annulled after finding out her ex had tens of thousands of dollars in debt, was stealing from her father & was a sociopath. I didn't want my gift back. I wanted her to use it to get her life back.

I am pretty sure she bought her own ring, since it was worth $2 million, and I read somewhere that Kris H made $3.5 million that same year. The article speculated that there was no financial way he could have bought her the ring.

I think the fact that porm was posted with "What happened to the Kim we all know and loved" - was completely misleading and in fact the poster should be banned.
People could have opened that at work.
People could have opened that with their kids next to them.
People could have opened that with their grandmother next to them.
If it said "Kim's Porno" then it gave people the opportunity to not open it.
I know people who have gotten banned for much less for sure.
BTW - I am still shocked about how big RayJ was. SHOCKED.
Ita my dh is right next to me and would have been wondering what kind if website this is

Since she ended the marriage quickly, I can't help but think maybe he cheated on her. She is so busy working, and I think he has a lot if time on his hands right now!

I read in People he bought it...and donating the gifts sounds nice but donating an $800 ashtray? They should give them back or auction them off and donate. Azzhats!
