I don't know if they are all stick..for some reason I thought I heard they weren't making them in stick anymore. And if they are, she probably has 'driving shoes' so she doesn't mess up the interior of her 325k car.

The Ferrari 458 has a 7 speed "Flappy paddle" gear shift, as Jeremy Clarkson on "Top Gear" calls it. It's the paddles on either side of the steering wheel, so it's a manual, but no stick, and no foot clutch to deal with.

Kris Humphries' wife shelled out $325,000 for a pimped out new Ferrari earlier this week, TMZ reports. The reality star, 30, got dolled up in heels and red lipstick to pick up her white 458 Italia from Platinum Motorsport in L.A.
But this pricy Ferrari isn't Kardashian's only ritzy ride! According to TMZ, the customized Rolls Royce Ghost she purchased earlier this year comes with a price tag starting at $255K.
According to the site, Kardashian also has a "super-charged" $115K Range Rover and several other cars in her fleet.

When you're super wealthy they can make cars that are usually in stick not stick. I don't know this from experience unfortunately.

Kobe Bryant had one like this specially made for his wife as an automatic with regular pedals so that she could drive it because she would never be able to learn how to drive a stick.
Maybe she did that??

There's no clutch pedal. Many high-end cars (including race cars) do this now. There is an "upshift" paddle on one side of the steering wheel, and a "downshift" paddle on the other (some cars have you pull the paddle to upshift and push it to downshift). There's a shift light on the dashboard. When the light goes on, you pull on the paddle. It's easier to use than turn signals (although, many people can't use those, either.... )
No modifying the car, no issues with heels, nothing really complicated...

And even if I had globs of money I'd never spend that much on a car. Especially if I lived in Manhattan.
