Re: Kind bars
Nope. Are you asking if Kind bars are healthy snacks or is it okay to have a snack between lunch and dinner?
Healthy snacks between lunch and dinner are great to have because they keep your blood sugar up and prevent you from getting so hungry for dinner that you overeat.
As for Kind bars, I don't know the ingredients off hand but I think they are healthier than other options.

Re: Kind bars
Kind of both. I mean I feel like I def need something between lunch (12:00) and dinner - around 6:00. Yes, the exact reason you mentioned. I am starving if I don't have a snack and then end up eating something out of convenience that isn't the best choice.
These Kind bars just seem to keep me satisfied. Kind of feels like eating yummy bird food lol. The ingredients seem to be way healthier than typical granola bars. I just don't want to eat something that I think is healthy and then find out that they are really hindering me from losing weight. Thanks!

Re: Kind bars
These are the nutritional facts on my favorite one (it's the square ones, not the bars- I have a nut allergy and these have assorted flavors without nuts).
Ingredients
Whole grain blend (oats, brown rice, millet, oat flour, buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa), tapioca syrup, dried cane syrup, honey, canola oil, coconut, chocolate liquor, sugar, brown rice syrup, molasses, gum acacia, sea salt, vanilla extract, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, Vitamin E (to maintain freshness).
