kind of Repeat but Im too excited!!
My closing is today @ 3pm!!! 
Finally!! 
 I will be there later today since its EMPTY and take some pics. Esp since I need before pics, there is work to be done.
ETA: House is in N. Massapequa (Sd-Plainedge) and I attached picture from mynassauproperty. How funny that there is snow on the ground here.
