I dont know phonic ones but I downloaded Sight Word app to have digital flash cards and practice eFlash Sight Cards.

ETA: SpellingCity.com and they also have an app. You can create list of words and then they can play games based on your list.

Check out Raz Kids. Our district pays for the kids to be on it but I imagine anyone can use it. My older one is in 1st grade but I noticed the reading levels start at AA and go up from there. I also use it for my younger son, who will be in K next year.

abcya.com is a website they use in DS's school. Its free online and I believe they have some apps for the phone that you have to pay for.
