Kitchen Paint Color Help!! Updated with PICS!
I don't know what color to paint my kitchen! We have maple cabs with mocha glaze and granite counters and a backsplash with golds and browns. I don't want a color in the yellow family because I am yellowed out (gold in LR, yellow in hallway). I was think of a green of some type but I am just not sure. Any ideas? Pics would be great! Please help
I updated with some pics. I know the color will be off based on the computer but you get the idea. Image Attachment(s):

I think a neutral would be nice... like a beige.

That's what I was thinking but I thought it might be too much beige/neutral. What do you think?

like roasted sesame seed from BM
like oklahoma wheat from BM
like morgan hill gold from BM

Re: Kitchen Paint Color Help!! Updated with PICS!
I would do a dark color in the beige family... choose a darker tile from your backsplash and match the paint to it! Sage green would also look nice.

Re: Kitchen Paint Color Help!! Updated with PICS!
I would go with either an olive green (to stay neutral but with a bit of a pop) or a terracotta for contrast.

I think the terra cotta would look nice, like some have mentioned. I'm always weary of green, but if you could find the right olive, it may work.

a light sage would look really nice, i think if you go in the light brown category its going to look washed out.

I have similar coloring in my kitchen but we did pale goldish yellow but I think either a olive green or a darker sage would look so warm. Here is a picture of my moms living room. The color is Dry Sage from BM Image Attachment(s):

Re: Kitchen Paint Color Help!! Updated with PICS!
I would do a medium cappuccino color or terracotta or even a greige color, on the style of the rest of your house and the feeling you want.
ETA: I was just smiling because it looks like your all ready to paint, I see the tape in place. I'd get a few samples and try them first before you do the whole space.

I love the orange colors you see now. I think something in that family would look great with the warm colors you already have.

I think that would look nice. It would pic up on the darker shade in the tile.

Re: Kitchen Paint Color Help!! Updated with PICS!
Id do something w/ color to bring out your kitchen rather than a beige.
I like the suggestions of a Terracota or the BM Audubon Russet (we used this in a bedroom and I love it!!)

Same here - something that brings out the granite.
