Kitchenaid Stand Mixer Attachments
I finally got a KitchenAid Stand Mixer! I am so excited!!!
Aside from the standard attachments, what attachments/accessories are recommended?
I am thinking about getting this from Amazon: Attachment Pack but I'm not sure if I really need all that stuff.....
I plan on getting a lot of use out of my mixer! I can't wait

Paddle Blade This is the only attachment that I have purchased and it is far superior to the blade included with the mixer because you don't have to stop in the middle to use a spatula to get to the sides of the bowl. I would love the ice cream attachment. I think a meat grinder would be awesome too.

i have the pasta attachment, slicer and meat grinder attachment...all still in the box.
but with all of this Pink slime in chpped meat now, I may start grinding my own meat.

The only extra I bought (other than the three it came with) was the ice cream attachment. I use it a lot in the summer.

I have the ice cream maker, which I like. I only use it a few times a yer, but it lives in the freezer, so it's not in my way.
DH wants the pasta & emat grinder attachments. I want the paddle blade now. I have never seen that before.

It depends. I have a kitchenaid 12c food preocessor and use that for grating and slicing. I want the ice cream attachment and i'll use the code! Thanks!
I have to say we had the pasta attachment and it is a huge piece of shitt The very 1st time we made pasta it broke and as my husband went to fix it we realixed it is all plastic inside! $150+ for all plastic gears and everything. Soooooooooooo not worth the money at all. We went to a kitchen outlet and for $25.99 bought a hand crank one with 4 different pasta cutters plus the roller and it is amazing! I'm so dissapointed in the quality o fthe kitchenaid pasta attachment
