kiwi and mango question
can I put them into a fruit salad ? do either of them have a short "shelf" life once cut up?

the kiwi can get mushy and the avocado turns brown---depending on when u want it for..toss the avocado with some lemon and slice the kiwi before serving and make sure lettuce is dry.

yes, you can- squeeze kiwi with lemon... slice - add to the fruit salad last- and leave on top- until ready to toss- mango should be fine! we do it all the time!
