Knock You Naked Brownie Bites
So I was thinking of making the Knock You Naked Brownies for Christmas Eve but instead of doing it in a 9x9 pan, I thought I would use a mini muffin tin.
If I were to do that, how would I adjust the cooking time?
The first brownie layer bakes for 8 minutes. The second brownie layer bakes for 20-25 minutes.

I would be worried about them sticking to the sides too much with the caramel, bec mine always stick really bad in the regular pan even with prepping!

I think it would be a pita since you do it in layers...it would take a long time no? You would have to cut up sections for each one to cover it.

They do stick badly, but next time I make them I will line the pan with two long sheets of foil, with the excess foil hanging over the edges of the pan.
This way you can lift the brownies out of the pan when they've cooled and then peel away the foil.
I learned this method in my cookie bar recipe.
Put the brownies in the freezer for a little bit so that the caramel hardens a bit, then cut them with a serrated knife. Easier to cut them on a cutting board than in the pan.

don't they make mini muffin foil cup liners? What if you tried using those but spraying them with pam or something?
