Have you ever made brownie bites?
I would like to make brownie bites in a mini muffin pan. How long do I bake them for, and is there an easy way to remove them from the pan? Do I have to use cupcake liners?

I just sprayed the heck out of them with pam. I think it was maybe 10 minutes. Use the toothpick to check them. Also, after they have been out the oven for about 5 minutes, I used a spoon to go around them.

Pillsbury now makes brownie bite mixes. I bought it at stop and shop. It comes with its own disposable pans, they were pretty easy to make.
