Know what annoys me (office-related)
When someone NOT in your office, who doesn't even work for the same company as you sends through a meeting request, or asks you to send a meeting request to them through Outlook or Lotus Notes.
Dude-- we are not on the same network-- you can't check my calendar, and your request won't show up on mine even if I accept your meeting!
Yes-- there is such thing as a world wide web-- where we can all connect, talk to each other, share documents, etc., but not behind companies firewalls and networks!

I do meeting request with clients through outlook so I have it on my calendar and they have it on theirs. I do it more for myself, but I do understand what you mean.

I guess it depends what you use-- but, when clients ask to check their calendars-- it's impossible! I don't get it.

I am able to see the meetings as well, but cannot check avails..I know it's annoying. Also, I don't accept anything unless I've ok'd it. I would be annoyed if someone just sent something over to my calendar without an email request.
