Will they exchange a pajama set that was washed once and shrunk? Or no bc it was probably my fault

Yes they will, they take anything back. I saw a man take the coat off his body, empty the pockets, and get a new one

They take everything back. I returned flip flops I wore on a trip and they killed my feet.
Had no tags, I don't even think i had the receipt.
They are very good like that

They definitely do. It has to be in a somewhat timely manner though. I got a pull in a sweater that I had worn and kept thinking about it but didn't return it for over a year and they wouldn't take it bc it was too old.
