Kylie Rose is here!
So happy to announce that my little girl, Kylie Rose, is here! Born Monday night, May 2nd at 7:30pm. She weighed in at 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 19 and 3/4 inches long. My heart is exploding with love. Being a Mommy is the most amazing feeling and I cannot wait for you all to experience this.
With the help of my doula and my DH I was able to get through labor and delivery without any pain medication. It was the most difficult and amazing thing I have ever done. Full birth story to come. Everyone at Stony Brook from the L&D nurse to the nurses in the maternity ward were just wonderful. SB Mommas to be you will be well taken care of.
