Labor or Braxton Hicks? Please Help

I am almost 34 weeks with twins. For most of the day today I have been experiencing the following:

Back pain- sometimes like someone stabbing me

Cramping- like going to have my period

Going to the bathroom #2 (sorry TMI) twice already today but constantly feeling like I have to go

I know I should be timing everything but it just doesnt seem to come and go....it just stays put. I was in L & R last Thursday but they said my cervix was closed and the preterm labor test came back negative...I am so uncomfortable I dont know what to do with myself...I was able to nap for about an hour but when I woke up I felt the same way...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think only time will tell. At 37 weeks, I had all of the symptoms you mentioned. WEnt for my regular visit the next day and there was no change for me.

Ive been having the above for about 2 weeks...today I found out that Im 4cm and almost fully effaced....

Labor is different for everyone..and even with every baby..this is my 4th pregnancy and each have been completely different.

I would call your doctor and see about getting checked out...When I was pregnant with my twins I was in preterm labor twice and both times I didnt think I was contracting.
