No, but I did kick in a man's windshield once! (But the shoe remained on my foot while I did this- so I guess that doesn't count! )

Not a shoe, but I threw the almost empty dishwasher soap bottle at him bc he wasn't washing the dishes the way I wanted.

No but I've had footwear thrown AT me. In my case, I was working in the ladies' shoes dept at Sterns and it was past closing. We gave all customers plenty of notice (plus how many announcements over the PA) that they would need to make their final purchases. Sure enough, a woman (with gold teeth AND a gold shoe in her hand...ah memories) came up and demanded I get her the shoe. I refused politely two or three times and upon the third time that gold shoe hit me right upside the head. God...customer service is so rewarding!
As for throwing shoes, no...but I did throw a pork chop at my old boyfriend and lost my virginity to him later that night...guess we got over it.

He said the decks weren't bad, but the Pumas stung a little.
