Ladies I need help picking a ribbon color!
I am doing cupcake favors for DS's Christening/1st Birthday party next weekend.
We are doing a blue/brown color theme. The cake is going to be white with blue & brown dots on it. For the cupcakes I was going to have them use blue icing because I had planned to get the brown ribbon with blue dots. But now I am thinking of getting the blue ribbon with brown dots instead. If I do that I was thinking that maybe the icing should be white instead because then there will be too much blue.

What do you guys think???? I hate that I am 2nd guessing myself at the last minute! I do this to myself all the time!!!!

I like browns & whites as the predominant color because they're more "food" than blue.
I picked brown ribbon with blue dots, white icing.

How about brown (chocolate) icing; blue ribbon with white dots (or even the blue ribbon with brown dots)?

I would do this too.. Im such a brown person, but I like that the blue with brown dots "pops" a little more. It's more fun to me whereas the brown with blue is more sophisticated. Both are very nice though
