Theres a lot more to a relationship than looks.
She may not be a knockout but shes got a sick ass body. Shes talented. Shes smart. Shes worked for what shes got. And she always comes off as humble and down to earth. Shes creative unique and artistic.. You also know shes a freak between the sheets and that dont hurt.
Just cause hes hot doesnt give him a pass... hopefully hes just as amazing as she is.
All those things together make a person...

I am not saying you are wrong but I just wondering why it is ok in other threads. Some of the people that quoted and liked this comment also post not nice things in other treads.
That is a big a part of what this board is.
Open the Bethany & Jason Thread. I don't think people here know either one personally but they are trashing her and calling her Joker.
Open one of the threads where a celeb isn't wearing the best outfit and they get trashed.
Right or wrong this board is a mix of positive comments like how Kate Beckinsale is perfect and negative comments about celebs.
People are just giving their honest opinions.

Honestly, if we were talking about someone on LIF I would agree with you. But this is a thread about celebrities who, IMO, are like a bunch of "mythical creatures". Who gives a crap what anyone says about them............they are not a part of our real lives, nobody here is friends with them, we don't know them personally. People post pics here for ONE purpose only..........to comment on them, good or bad.
Sorry but I don't get this incessant need some people have on LIF to defend some celebrity they don't even know. Who cares if some of us think she's a$$ ugly, she is. Why does that offend you? Who cares if someone thinks the duchess looks old, or that Kim K.'s marriage is a joke and she has a fat a$$. Who cares. These people aren't "real" in our life.
This board solely exists to comment on celebrities and I see no need to expect anyone to be nice and kind, especially if it isn't how they feel. If you are because you're a fan, that's fine. But what is the sense in telling anyone here they are being "mean" because they don't like a particular CELEBRITY for whatever reason? Is GaGa reading this? Is she a close personal friend whose feelings would be hurt because I think she's ugly? I'm nothing to her and vice versa. And my opinion of her isn't going to change because you're offended. She may have all those wonderful qualities that you listed..........I STILL think she's ugly as sin.
I'm not trying to attack you but this whole overly sensitive to everyone's feelings in the entire world, especially a celebrity who is nothing to you, makes me  . Us magazine, People, Entertainment Tonight, this forum ALL exist to either admire or make fun of the rich and famous. If that upsets you, then maybe you shouldn't read the comments. Just sayin.

I never said i was offended or personalized anything... clearly you did... i was just simply saying that his particular thread was just kinda cruel
Not cause lady gaga is my personal friend. Not cause im was offended. Not cause i was trying to change anyones mind. You and eveyone else can think shes ugly as sin all you want thats your opinion and i wasnt trying to change it.
I simply posted my opinion whether you like it or not i could care less. I wasnt attacking anyone just thought the insessinet hatred of this woman based on looks was going a little far... thats all...
And when we talk about celebs like hating kim kardashian i dont see her being hated cause shes pretty shes hated for having no talent and being an UGLY PERSON...

Did you read where they say Bethany looks like the Joker? That would be her looks right?
I keep using her as an example because the posts are both being commented on at the same time.

I wasn't personalizing anything and you're entitled to your opinion as we all are, of course. If you weren't offended by all the comments you wouldn't have posted what you did. Clearly, for whatever reason, people calling her ugly struck some nerve with you.
But quite honestly, I just don't get the point of a post that calls out anyone for being "mean" when it comes to comments surrounding a celebrity picture. Why bother? Nobody is actually getting hurt here therefore there is no harm in anyone saying whatever they want about Bieber, Kim, Kate Middleton, GaGa, or any other celebrity out there.
Now if this was the relationship board and someone on LIF posted a pic of themselves and everyone posted how awful looking and ugly she was...............that is cruel and mean because someone is actually going to get their feelings hurt. But there is nothing CRUEL or MEAN about calling GaGa ugly on an public entertainment forum that is meant for fun and BS'ing.

I agree. The lady gaga persona is not attractive. I just don't think her normal look is attention grabbing and hence her morph into gaga. As LG, she can shock and change anytime she wants. But the blonde or lack of eyebrows doesn't work on her.
Taylor is stunning. That's all.
