Lamaze classes or video???
The hospital I am having the baby in offers birthing classes, but it isn't the type of class that gives a demonstration on the floor with DH participating. They show a video.
While I would love for DH to have the experience of going through the class, I found with having my son it really didn't "help" much.
Do you think we should look for a class..or just watch a video??

we took lamaze 7 years ago when i was pg with DD, we are going to watch a video at home to "refresh" ourselves. I agree...it didnt do too much during labor.
