Re: Lamaze question.. please help
Honestly I took it the first time around even though I knew I was having a c-section and I was pretty happy that I did. I probably should have taken an infant care class too because I was petrified when I brought my daughter home.
I took my class at CFA with Mary and I thought it was worth it.

totally, totally think it is worth it! Where did you plan on taking it? We took ours at the hospital - so we also got the tour and what to expect from that standpoint.
I ended up being induced and getting my epi at 3cm, but I still used some of the breathing techniques.
Personally, I would do it.

I didn't take it and I was fine. I always planned on getting an epi though and really, they will talk you through it.
If you have the time, then take it. But DH and I couldn't find a time to take it together with our work schedules, so we skipped it.
Oh, and there are DVDs, I meant to get those too,and didn't
