Lamb Chops
I attempted lamb chops for the first time to surprise my hubby on his b-day, and they came out delicious!  Wanted to share this very easy recipe in case anyone was interested in trying them!!
Giada's Lamb Chops
We had roasted potatoes with herbed mascarpone cheese and sauteed zucchini with them...I wish there were leftovers!!

I loooove lamb chops. I marinate with lemon, lots of garlic, olive oil, sea salt, dried mint, lots of fresh rosemary and some pepper. Delicious!!!!
Now I want to try Giada's recipe! Thanks for sharing!

My DS LOVES lamb chops. He's been eating them since he's been about 18 mos. I get the "lolli-pop" ones for him and cut the meat to the bone. He just rips it off with his teeth and he cleans the bone. Its so funny to watch.
