Re: Lambert at AMA'S WARNING
I thought it was a very desperate attempt to say "look at me, talk about me". Wayyy too cheesy and a joke if you ask me.
Also, the song sucked. And does anyone else think he tripped and fell and THEN did the roll thing...we replayed that about 15 times and DH and I could swear it was not done on purpose, you can see him trip in slow motion and hear his boots clunk.....we laughed our butts off watching it over and over...

Re: Lambert at AMA'S WARNING
He tried to claim now that the AMA's are discriminating against him because he is gay. The show was edited for the west coast airing and they did not see the same performance, lots of airial shots from far back...

He is pathetic, all he does is claim discrimination. This was aired at 8pm on ABC and that raunch is just not acceptable imo.

Re: Lambert at AMA'S WARNING
Just curious....
If the only 'offensive' thing was him kissing a man (and none of the other things occurred), would you still have felt ?
Regardless, I totally thought the whole performance was inappropriate.

Re: Lambert at AMA'S WARNING
It was inappropriate and his singing was just BAD. I don't care that he kissed a guy but the face in the crotch and the pulling on the girl's private was NOT FOR PUBLIC VIEWING.
Lady Gaga's bloody performance at the VMAs was at least thought provoking and you could tell that she was trying to actually say something (wacky and over the top as it was). Adam Lambert was just trying to be crude.

I was just saying exactly that - if it was ONLY kissing a guy he wouldn't have put me off the way he did. It was all the other crap PLUS his bad singing that killed it for me.

Re: Lambert at AMA'S WARNING
I personally didn't like the song.
I thought the performance was done for pure shock value. He was grabbing at the female dancer's crotch twice and shoving male dancers' faces into his crotch. I'm all for artistic expression but I am wondering where the "art" was.

the kiss was too much but the two other things were disgusting, I actually think his handing touching that chick was the worst thing. very nasty I would be PO'd if I were a parent watching that w/ teen kids

I didnt see it, but c'mon how many times do men have their hands (or face) in women's breasts. Nobody is crying vulgarity then

Or when Madonna is making our with numerous people both male and female. Woman entertainers get away with this kind of crap all the time. Plus even though it was on at 8pm the AMA's are not a show for young children anyway. IMHO of course

I said the same thing. I could care less about him kissing a guy - it was shoving the other guy's face in his crotch after dragging him around the stage on a leash, and then grabbing the woman's crotch that was wayyy too much and totally inappropriate.
