Re: Lancaster PA?

We just came back from there on Friday. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Lancaster. It was nice, breakfast was included, and it is just off of Route 30 where the outlets are.

Defintely hit the outlets, but also try to the town of Intercourse and go to Kitchen Kettle Village to get all the yummy jams, jellies, and relishes. A fun place to eat is Miller's Smorgasbord which right down Route 30 from the outlets.

We stayed at the Best Western Revere Inn on Rte 30 - it's in Paradise, PA right down the road from some of the outlets. It was really nice and the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I ever slept in. The restaurant on property was very nice and I loved Texas Roadhouse (an outback style restaurant) that was up the road a bit - they had fabulous ribs.

Re: Lancaster PA?

We prefer B&Bs, a little removed from the outlets. A great place to stay is here...

Re: Lancaster PA?

Hershey is a short ride away. If your looking for a bed and breakfast, try this one. Its reasonably priced, all rooms have their own bathrooms, and most are equipped with a jacuzzi. Have fun!!

Re: Lancaster PA?

I LOVE Kitchen Kettle Village, The Candle Barn & they have the BEST furniture there, Amish made, so nice!
I also love Shady Maple for dinner. MMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can do a horse & buggy ride, visit an old Amish schoolhouse...when you get to your hotel, look for pamphlets.
