landscaping for front yard help!!
i know absolutely nothing about plants/flowers. but i do know what i like look-wise. is there a nursery that i can go to that someone will walk me through the different type of plants and advise me on what to plant and how?

Be sure you know the amount of sun your front yard gets as that will affect what sort of plants with thrive there.
Most nurseries will be happy to advise you. You can go to several for advice and even buy from several depending on what it has and its prices, which is what I do.

Dees in Oceanside was a great resource for us. They explained which plants were low maintance, when they bloom, month to plant, etc
