Law School Grad Gift

The woman I carpool with: her DD is graduating from Fordham this month. Actually not technically "graduating" until May but is done with classes.

Any reco's on a gift? Law School was tough on her as she had to take a semester off and transfer from Tulane to Fordham bc of her parents auto accident 2 years ago. I would def like to keep it under $100.

when DH graduated from law school, the best gift he got, besides $, was a really nice shoulder strap brief case to carry files in.

also, since she'll be needing nice suits for interviews/the office/court, a gc to ann taylor or a store like that would be very helpful.

When I graduated from law school I mostly got $$$ But one of my really close friends got me a nice watch that I love.

You could get a name plate for her desk (you know what I mean..the wooden thing with a piece of metal and the name on it)

How about someting personalizxed like a business card holder from Things Remembered or something like that?

I don't think I got a single gift when I graduated law school unless you count the diploma and the Bar Review books that I paid for!

Most people gave me money - but I did get a tiffany pen and a few other things like that.

There is an Else perretti pen from Tiffany's for under $100.

Money is always good, business card holder, paper weight for her desk.
