Lawn Mower
Anyone know of a place to buy a good lawnmower and a great price?
I dont want to spend more than $170 and I want a rear bag, with mulching.

Re: Lawn Mower
We have a mower in our garage that we're giving away (obviously, it's not "new")... I'll ask DH the specifics and post.

Yes, it works. DH says it *may* need a spark plug and a little effort to crank it b/c it hasn't been used in over a year. It has the rear bag & it mulches, too... he bought some attachment for it??
We got a $600 mower last year b/c DH figured since he's our landscaper, he deserved a self-propelled model with all the bells and whistles.

Re: Lawn Mower
We were given 2 fixer uppers and gave up on trying and bought one at Sears. It was a little more than the price you are looking for but below $200, it mows and mulches and has a bag. It's self propelled so I think that's why it was more. We found Sears to be very reasonable with prices, and I think HD is pretty reasonable too.
We bought last August so it may have been end of season sale but I'd think they should be having preseason sales too.
Happy Mowing!

Re: Lawn Mower
There's a place on Merrick Rd in Wantagh, Wantagh Mower, that can take a look at yours to fix it or they sell new and reconditioned mowers. They have a whole bunch out in front every day.
