we are paying between $750-$850 and our lawyer is going to be the bank lawyer too. It's not a conflict when it's the buyers lawyer, it's only a conflict when it's the sellers lawyer. That is what we were told. We will be able to save a little money this way, so we are happy about it.

ours was our friends bro and he charged us $850 But I know when we were getting estimates it was anywhere from 1000-1500
My friends had theirs for 950
