you mean what to do with leftover chicken?
Like make chicken salad or a pasta salad with chicken. Is that what you're looking for?

Is it just plain, roasted chicken? i.e. with no seasonings?

You can do just about anything.....

put on a sandwich with roasted red peppers, pesto sauce and some spring mix lettuce

Put on a pizza crust with cheese and sauce

stuff into enchaladas - mix with sauteed peppers and onions, cheese, and sauce and stuff into toritllas - cover in more sauce and cheese and bake

mix into stir fried veggies with a sauce

i like to buy pillsbury pizza dough from the refrigerator aisle and load my leftovers onto it. veggies, random fresh veggies that i didn't use and are about to spoil, even have put combo bits of chicken and sausage slices on it when there's not enough for a full dish. i always have extra sauce when i make pasta so i can use that or just plain jarred. it's so versatile. i also like to mix leftovers into pasta.
