Try switching out regular breadcrumbs for panko breadcrumbs. They come out a lot crunchier.

Re: Need some EASY chicken cutlet recipies
got this one from liw- parmeson garlic chicken breasts
1/2 cup of parmeson cheese- you can also use the parmeson/romano mix and its soo good 1 teaspoon garlic powder- I usually use fresh 1 packet good seasonings italian dressing mix 6 chicken breasts
pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees moisten the chicken with water mix the other ingredients and shake onto the chicken- I usually stick all the breasts into a ziplock and add the seasonings and shake cook for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle
for crispy, you can put under the broiler for 3-5 minutes at the end of the cooking cycle

Re: Need some EASY chicken cutlet recipies
last week I sauteed frozen spinach in garlic and olive oil and then added small strips of chicken. i added salt, lots of pepper and some garlic powder. it came great. we had it with mashed potatoes but i also considered a side of rice or pasta.

Season with S&P and any other season you like. I use pampered chef Crushed peppercorn & garlic. I cook the chicken in a panin pan.
Heat up some sundried tomatoes (ones packed in oil). top chicken with sundried tomatoes and goat cheese.
Out of this world!!!
