Leg cramps a sign of labor??
Are leg cramps a sign of labor? I woke up about 8 times last night with the worst charlie horses.....I am just hoping this pregnancy is nearing an end!

I hope not in my case! I have been having them pretty bad all of my pregnancy. I have been trying to eat a lot of bananas and tomatoes for extra potassium.

I have them all the time so for me I would think not.
They are a sign of dehydration though.

I dont believe so. I had them with DD and my dr told me to drink more water. They were horrible!!

I'm afraid not usually. But be sure to drink plenty of water and bananas can help with them too.

I had a lot more of them at the end of my pregnancy but, it was because I wasn't drinking enough water.
