Leg pain - chiro rec?
I'm self diagnosing sciatic pain - I had similar pain with my first pregnancy. Although as of last night - the pain is chronic, as opposed to a sudden stabbing pain. It's exclusively on the upper thigh of my left side. Anyone have any similar experience with this? Exercises I can try? Should I see a chiro? It's not excruciating, just irritating!

If your insurance will cover it, go see a chiro.
I see Dr Valenti in Bethpage, and she's great.

Thanks - I need to check my insurance. I think I aggravated the nerve yesterday during a class with my 2-year old. Ugg!

Leg pain - chiro rec?
I go Dr. Aliani (sp) he has appointments in Valley Stream on Thursday nights & Saturday mornings; but he's based out of Central Islip. He's really great!

Dr. Bark, in Massepequa. He is AMAZING. (516) 799-6767. He does trigger point therapy (as opposed to traditional chiro work), and is very good with pregnancy.
