Lemon Cake Recipe
Does anyone have a lemon cake recipe that they can share?

Lemon Pound Cake
1 package lemon cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding
1 cup whole milk
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
Place rack in center of the oven and preheat to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour a bundt pan, set aside.
Mix all the ingriedients in a large bowl on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl then continue mixing afew more minutes until completely smooth. Pour in prepared pan and place in oven.
Bake for 58-62 minutes until it's golden brown and springs back when lightly pressed with your fingers. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 minutes the gently separate sides from pan and invert onto cooling rack and let cool completely.
PS
you can also make a glaze from lemon extract, a little bit of milk and powdered sugar to drizzle over the top after.
