lent recipes for Fridaya
Bc I get sick of pizza every Friday lol I usually make salmon or baked sole with veggies or a salad but that gets boring. What are some meatless recipes you prepare?

Baked ziti with no meat
Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Crab cakes/crab cake sandwiches
Macaroni and cheese
Breakfast for dinner: pancakes or french toast and eggs
Tuna casserole
Egg salad or tuna salad wraps
Broccoli and cheese calzones
Cheese quesadillas with rice
Grilled vegetables marinated in basalmic in a wrap
Angel hair with oil, garlic & parmesan cheese - sometimes I add asparagus

I mix white beans with the ricotta in the food processor to add protein.
