It IS true! I have pictures of when my sister and I went there and held a lion cub.

Does anybody recall this small jewelry & accessory store? I loved that place! It had lots of gaudy jewelry!!!  (I still have a lot of pieces from there.  ) I believe another "Icing" opened up afterwards, but the jewelry wasn't the same.

I think that was the name.  They sold dressier work clothes. The dressing/fitting room was beautiful with a nice sitting area and they served coffee and water during fittings. Kind of reminded me of Talbots, but the clothes were a bit more softer & feminine.

The only thing I can add is I remember during the holidays they had rides throughout the whole mall...motorcyles, and choo choo train etc....

i believe contempo casuals was actually acquired by wet seal  , which is still in smithhaven in case you go!

Blocks - They sold luggage, pens, wallets, etc. I used to work for them in their kiosk in the middle of the mall that they called Pen Station....we sold fancy pens. I also recall that this was way back when you could SMOKE in the mall since I was allowed to smoke on the job!

I cant remember the name of it, but there was another "trendier" store that was next to contempo, it was more botique-ish.
Them there was another next to those that had what at the time I wouldve considered "older clothes" and in the back they had formal dresses, its where I got my prom dress.
Speaking of..didnt Pzzazzz used to be in the mall before it moved to Selden?

I LOVED Red Robin! They had the best and most unhealthy fries ever. My DH, who grew up like a block from that mall, swears that there was never a Red robin and that Fridays has always been there 
I also really loved Essentials. Is that still there?? Haven't been to that mall in 5 years probably except for Cheesecake FActory.

I LOVED that big circle in children's place and the tv you could go behind! Also loved sassy of course! I still have a pair of work pants from Warehouse that must be 15 years old.
