Lets talk two yr old's girl halloween costumes.. (or any age)
I wanted to use her fairy wings I still have. But its not a must
I'd love, love, love her to be an Ewok (take a bear costume, cover with with a colored pillow case cut to make it look like a hood, had some fake gear and a fake spear and ta-da
But with Texas being so much warmer and AJ not liking things on her head, my hubby vetoed it for awhile.
So now he's thinking Jessie from Toy Story. Of course this is close to my heart since her name was supposed to be Jezebel and her nick name would have been Jessie. So Instead of spending $40 on the costume I was thinking of getting a shirt at Disney tshirt, some jeans and bows for her hair.
Or Tinkerbell (her current fav)

DD will be 18 months when Halloween comes. I was thinking Jessie too but when I saw the price for the costume I changed my mind right away. I am thinking now either Tinkerbell, Abby from Sesame Street (which she is her favorite) or try to match her with DS depending on what he wants to be.

Tinkerbell's outfit is ridiculously expensive in my opinion. *sigh*
Might have to make one myself (oh the hours spent hand stitching!)

DD#1 was Jesse when she was around 4(she is 9) I have to say that it was the CUTEST costume ever! She also wore the costume to play dress up for the next year or so, which made it worth the $.

DD was:
4 months - butterfly
16 months - poodle from O.N.
28 months - tinkerbell
3 years - dragon
Poodle and tinkerbell were both really cute
At 3 she really had a mind of her own so enjoy picking this year, lol

DD # 1 has been
6 months: teddy bear
18 months: duck
2 1/2: Little Bo Beep (and DD#2 was a sheep)
This year DD#1 is going to be Strawberry Shortcake and DD#2 is going to be a Strawberry.

Reilly will be just over 2 years old at Halloween. She is going to be Snow White.  This is the costume that I bought off of Amazon:
Zoe will be almost 11 months old and will be Piglet. I also got her costume from Amazon.com.

we're going with Tink
Currently bidding on tutu and wings (even though I have some, these match the tutu) *crosses fingers*
The set is about $18 (shipped) right now.. without a shirt .. just the tutu and wings.

definitely! They have some "abby" costumes online, but a tutu, wings and matching hair things from Etsy is tempting too

My DD was an Ewok last year. She hates things on her head too, but I was able to snap a couple of pictures of her with the hood on!
This year, I'm thinking pirate or indian girl. We got a costume catalog in the mail and DD loved the x-ray man (skeleton), but I don't know if I want her to be that or not.

When DD was 2 she was a cat. Someone started a Buy/Sell Swap Halloween thread - it's on there.
This year she'll be 3 and this is the last year I'll be able to pick out her costume so she's going to be Little Bo Peep and the baby will be a sheep.
DH wanted them to be the Pink Ladies

DS will be nearly 4. He will be the big bad wolf! I have to find a wolf's costume somewhere!
