Letter from Insurance company

Has anyone else received a letter stating that you could not use your regualr pharmacy to fill your prescriptions anymore?

i just got a letter from mine telling me that I cannot use Kraupners anymore!

it's so annoying!

but thankfully I already have my meds for this cycle!

Good news... The letter was sent in error and Kraupner's still participates as a preferred provider in the plan. They are NOT out of the plan.

I was told that one of my hospitals no longer participating in my plan.

I got that letter to and figured I would give to my RE... glad to hear it was wrong though.

I'm glad Kraupner's is still participating. Did you receive a second letter saying that the first one was a mistake?

I'm not cycling now, but it's good to know for the future....

We did receive verbal and written notification of the error.

Do you have Empire (Government Plan)?
I got the letter about Kraupners too. How did you hear that they ares still participating? That would be great if they still are!

I am from Kraupner's Pharmacy... After learning from many members that a letter was sent to our patients, we contacted the Insurance company to clear-up the issue. We are DEFINITELY still participating providers, and have confirmation from the company that our status has not changed. By their best explanation, the letter was a mistake.
