Liam and his stuffy nose
Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers that the stuffy nose doens't get worse. I really don't like having him sleep all night in anything other than his bassinet but I decided to put him in his infant carrier tonight because his nose gets so stuffed up in the early morning hours. It actually wasn't too bad last night, he slept from 6:30pm to 5am without waking! But then he got very bad with the nose and couldn't breathe and I had to suck the mucus out and he cried and cried, he hates that so much. It's all up in his nose, hard to suck it out. His BM's are all mucusy because he's swallowing it. And I'm so scared he'll aspirate some of the mucus into his lungs and get pneumonia from it!! Which is also why he's in his infant carrier tonight. At least he's sleeping. Thanks!

Re: Liam and his stuffy nose
Have you tried the saline drops? They always gave my kids some relief. You're in our thoughts and well wishes!

Re: Liam and his stuffy nose
Use the saline drops. 2 drops in each nose. give it to him when he is su<king on a pacifier. That way it will go down. Make sure its not to hot in your house. The heat doesn't help. Use a humidifier. I would keep him in the carseat for night time. He will sleep alot better.
Hope he is feeling better soon!
