Stuffy nose help please
DD kept waking up all night because her nose was stuffed and she coudn't breathe through her binky- it was very sad.
What do we do?

Humidifier, saline spray/drops for her little nose, and the boogie sucker. That's pretty much all you can do. My ped said it's okay to use the drops often.
Hope she feels better soon.

Exactly. You could also try propping her up a bit by putting a book (or two) under her crib mattress on the side her head goes on.

When Emily was really congested the DR recommended we get the little noses congestion drops ... they are like a 1/18th dosage of sudafed ----- but she said only to use them for 5 days and no longer because they can cause rebound congestion. So when she is really bad we use them, and more occasionally and usually not for 5 days straight.
PS - we only use them when regular saline/boogiesucker/humidifier don't seem to do the trick.
