Licensed Real Estate Brokers - How long to obtain license after sent in paperwork?
I sent in my application to be a licensed real estate broker on Saturday with the fee, etc. (I'm an attorney, so applying by virtue of being an attorney)
I'm just curious how long it can take for the paperwork to go through... There are some houses I want to look at but I'm holding off until I have the license...

About 2 months for the actual license in the mail
You can check to see if it is processed HERE
You dont really need to wait for the paper copy
