Life Insurance Question - Spinoff
If you and your spouse are each other's primary and your child(ren) is/are contingent... what happens if, god forbid, you all perish simultaneously in the same accident?
Who gets the life insurance money then? Or does it even get paid out?

If there wasn't another beneficiary listed, the proceeds would be paid to the decedent's estate.
