oh no my De!!!! Im so sorry. Call me when you have a sec if you wanna talk. I had a really hard time with it at first but I'm thinking maybe its just nature's way of telling us we wont be needing them anyway

So weird b/c our ER were so similar too....you had 16 retrieved too right? And 9 fert? (I had 8 fert) and I also had another 8 celled left that didnt make it to freeze.

thanks lisa.. i just literally got the phone call like 10 min ago.. i am so upset .. and i know i shouldnt be relying on those frozen embies. but it still sucks!

YES! it was very similar! i ended up only having 8 fertilized because one died off very quickly.. so i just don't get it! they were all growing nicely. how does this happen

Its true dee...think of it this way I think on average people have maybe 1-3 embies make it to freeze...BUT then for the FET you have to make sure they survive the thaw....so not even the frozens are a guarantee...know what I mean?

I know how disappointing it all is....I wish I knew how or why it happens...but like Dr. B told me the best of the best are inside of you and they will do much better in YOU than outside of your body. Send Dr. B an email......thats what I did and he quickly made me feel much better. Or leave him a message - he'll call you right back
