I've never ordered toys from them, but when I was searching for bridesmaids gifts, i ordered monogrammed tote bags...
I sent them back, because the embroidery was almost totally illegible..(I ordered from LL Bean afterwards)
So, if you are looking for personalized toys, I might look elsewhere (just based on my experience)...Red Envelope has always been great for me...

I have had great experiences and not so great, but one thing I will say is they have always been really good about returns and corrections.

I love everything I order from lillian vernon..ive ordered toys..personalized gifts...the list goes on..never been unhappy with anything from there. sometimes you can find free shipping codes too on line..

I've ordered tons of stuff from them and have been happy for the most part. They did mess up some personalizations but quickly fixed them.
