4. I cannot be outside on a sunny day without sunglasses under any circumstance, I have sunglasses everywhere
I can't either. I can't see. If I'm outside I have classes on no matter what kind of weather it is.

1. I have no unnecessary organs, minus my spleen (adenoids, tonsils, appendix, gallbladder)...plus had 3 more surgeries on top of that.
2. I stutter, but not as bad as when I was a kid.
3. My grandparents survived the Holocaust.
4. I'm terrified of death. The idea of not knowing what happens after scares the shit out of me.
5. I don't remember what my natural color looks like.

Me too! How hard is it to press clear!??!
1. I had open heart surgery when I was 1 1/2 years old. I had a hole in the heart and one valve wasn't closing properly. 34 years later and i'm completely fine!
2. I've never broken any bones.
3. I've never dyed my hair.
4. I've never been to Atlantic City.
5. I love nutella way to much. I could eat a jar in a day or two

1. I can survive on carbs alone. Rice, pasta, bread, or anything doughy
2. I am a huge animal lover and I will make the sign of the cross if I pass by something that was killed on the side of the road.
3. Strange twist to #2 is that one summer, at 3 different times, I had a bird crash into my windshield when driving on Ocean Parkway.
4. I have not spoken to my mother in almost 20 years and have no intention on ever speaking to her again
5. When I get nervous, bored or tired, I play with my eyelashes and have done this since I was a baby

1. I collect penguin stuffed animals & shot glasses
2. I am so disgusted by pickles that I will run from the room if possible if one ends up on my plate or near me. Then I will place a bunch of napkins on the spot where it was, remove all of the food that was near it, and then smell my food before taking a bite to make sure it doesn't smell or taste like pickles.
3. I eat almost all kinds of sushi but hate fish except for salmon.
4. I wasted 4 years being miserable in college and would give anything to do it over again.
5. I have a terrible facebook addiction.
OOh I thought of another....
6. One 3 separate occasions in the span of 18 months (give or take a month), I won $1000 on the same slot machine in Caesars in AC by getting the same flaming 7's.

Geez, I've been on here for so long that it's hard to think of things that I haven't posted at one time or another, especially on this type of thread.
1. I love multicolored packages of pens and highlighters.
2. On a similar note, when I was a kid (and even now at work), I organized all of my crayons and markers in spectrum order in the box as much as possible.
3. I alphabetize my CDs by artist.
4. I cannot cut a straight line.
5. I am afraid of fire, and will not light a match or barbecue. If I need to light something, I use one of those long lighters. DH has to do all of the grilling.

unfortunately they died right after i was born (breast cancer and diabetes). crazy how they survived Poland but not illnesses.
my dad said they didn't really talk about it...which is common. What I do know is my grandpa was in Auschwitz and my grandma was actually in hiding. after the war they both moved to Israel and had my dad. I'm not sure if they met in Poland after the war or when they got to Israel.
My (other) grandparents old neighbors were both in the holocaust as well. they never spoke about their experience either but when I was in college i took a course and my final paper was to interview holocaust survivors. they both let me interview them...it was the first time they spoke about it...not even to their children. i still have that paper. i gotta type it up so i don't lose it.

1. I still have Dino...my stuffed dinosaur that my Dad gave me when I was two.
2. I am sooo afraid of Roaches. They don't just gross me out, they actually scare the shit out of me! I made my friends move three hotels rooms and two hotels in Myrtle beach because of them.
3. I miss my Mom every second of every day. I can't think about her without crying and the thought of going though life without her makes me very very sad.
4. I have moved close to 30 times in my life within 4 states.
5. I watch reruns of One Life to Live every night to help me fall asleep.

1. I hate seafood. I can't even watch other people eat seafood. If anyone DOES eat it around me, I will make a barricade around me using menus, napkin holders, glasses, soda bottles...etc...to defray any splatters of seafood gunk onto my own dish. 
2. I love to dance. Still do. Went to dancing school from 3 years old until I was 21. I taught dance for 4 years also.
3. I will be 40 in December.  I made my husband a 5 page list of how to plan my birthday party. 
4. I have severe scoliosis. So bad, that insurance paid for me to have breast reduction surgery last October. BEST THING I EVER DID FOR MYSELF. And I also lost about 60 pounds. Very proud.
5. I have been married 15 years. With my husband 21 years. Met him at a Dollar Store. He was my boss. LOL!
Just had to add this. It's too crazy not to.
6. My grandmother (90 years old) went to a doctor for dizziness. They took an Xray...and found a BULLET LODGED IN HER BRAIN for what they estimate to be at LEAST 80 years old. She has NO memory of ever being shot. And everyone who WOULD know the story are long gone. CRAZY!

1. I love casinos. I could go to one every day and spend hours and $$ if I could.
2. I have never eaten a steak, hotdog, hamburger since I was a little kid..like maybe 5 yo.
3. I can count on one hand how many times I have sipped soda in my life. I hate the taste of soda.
4. I have never gotten drunk..ever.
5. I hate the feeling of wet hair on my skin. I have to immediately wrap my hair up when I get out of the shower. It can't touch my skin!

1- I have a completely irrational fear of birds. The sound of their wings flapping makes me want to jump off a bridge.
2- I was the queen of my town. No, really. I won a town sponsored pageant. But the real reason I even entered was to win the $500.
3- I grew up thinking I was stupid. My sister is brilliant and always told me how dumb I was. Until I got a writing award in college I totally believed I was not intelligent. That award turned everything around for me. I wound up graduating college with honors.
4- I can ***** and moan on occasion, but my DH is truly the love of my life. I have spent more then half my lifetime with him already.
5- I always wanted to be a news reporter on tv. Truth be told, I still dream about it.

3) My cousin (well, my dad's first cousin) is Pat Benetar and every year when she comes to the island for a concert, we get together and have this HUGE blowout BBQ.
That is awesome! I love Pat Benatar! I think she has one of the best and purest voices in rock, and has never gotten the acclaim that she deserves. I've seen her and Neil Geraldo in interviews together, and they seem very much in love.

We passed around her Xray at my son's birthday party and it became the "let's guess how Grandma got shot" game.
She honestly has no idea. We've done some research but still have no clue.

1. I can't stand celery or cucumbers, just the smell of them makes me want to vomit. I won't even go into the taste of them.
2. I have an obsession with anything with anchors on them.
3. I hated the beach growing up and am now a full fledged beach bum.
4. I knew my best friend for 6 years as acquaintances before we actually became real friends.
5. I don't think there's any country I wouldn't or don't want to visit but have almost no desire to travel the US

And the fact that it didnt affect her all that time! Or did it and finally decided to do something about it?
Well...she is 90 years old...so everything is starting to affect her. 
But for the past 3 years or so, she has complained of bad vertigo. That's how we found out about the bullet...through an Xray.
Doctors said that if she had EVER had an MRI at ANY point in her life, the bullet could have moved (due to the magnetism), and she could have been killed! 
There is no way to remove the bullet because her brain has completely encapsulated it. That's why docs estimate it being there for over 80 years!!
Back then, hospitals were RARE...her parents were poor...only spoke Italian...they probably put a piece of tape over the opening and called it a day.
My Grandmother never wants to talk about it though. She says, "eh...it is what it is. It didn't kill me then and it won't kill me now." But the mystery of the whole thing is just insane.
