cramps, congestion and sporadic boob pain - NOTHING constant except congestion (which could've been 800 other things).

This time I knew immediately.
3DPO I woke up with a wet shirt (BM). I hadn't leaked like that since DS was a newborn
5DPO SOOOOO thirsty
and I was so out of breath - I could barely read a book to DS
Thirsty and short of breath were symptoms the first time too - not so much the leaky boobs

I was spotting, I had cramps- I thought AF was coming at any moment and kept running to the bathroom. And my boobs hurt realllly bad.

I had zero spotting that week, usually i'd get 3-5 days of spotting before AF, but not that cycle. No other symptoms until I was about 6 weeks.

heheheh could "vivid dreams" include having my fingers cut off, one by one? now THAT was a weird one two nights ago!!!
