Little 3D Wonders - Had our Appt...

So DH and I went for our appt for the 3D/4D sono and OMG my baby is SOOOOOOO STUBBORN!!!!!!

the facility is really nice and the room is HUGE! You could bring your whole family if you want to and they'd fit in there LOL they have a big couch, some toys if you have other DC to bring with you to keep them occupied, and they put the image on a huge flat screen to watch on...

we did the Ultimate package which gets you a DVD, a CD with images, 4 printed color pics, a picture frame, and a stuffed animal that plays our baby's heartbeat!!

BUT as I said, LO is so stubborn...the baby had it's arm AND leg up across it's face!!!!!!!! (very flexible lol) they were so patient there, took a break, gave me a cold bottle of water and had me walk around abit, trying to get LO to move...no luck...we only got 1 picture, not TOO great, but still got to see nose/lips/eyes...and it was funny to see baby grabbing it's feet and sticking out it's tongue like it was saying "haha I'm not gonna show you my face!"

but what's awesome about the place we went is that since baby didn't cooperate, they will let me come back next week and try again, hoping the baby's moved a bit! So we will go back and she said they will make sure that I get what I paid for, images, the DVD, the 4 print outs...so I think that's cool...since I'm only 28 weeks, I have the time to be able to go back and try again before LO gets too big

I haven't gotten one good sono pic YET since week 8...please send good vibes til next Weds please that baby gets in a normal position for pics!!!!!!! :)

I know how that is! We went for our level 2 yesterday and the baby was in a funky position! We didn't get to see it's face at all, just the back of it's head!

I go back in 2 weeks for another level 2...and they do have a 3D machine in my office that sometimes they will get some images on for you if the baby is cooperating.

Can I ask you how much the package was?

The package we got was $199...there are less expensive ones, but I've heard from so many people that this price was great for all you get...

my cousin said she paid $260 JUST for pics and a DVD...no picture frame, or stuffed animal w/heartbeat, or anything else...

so I'm good with the price we spent

esp since they are letting me come back again...

That is not bad at ALL! I was seriously expecting like $750! It's been a long time sicne I was PG...my daughter is 6 years old. I guess prices have come down since 6 years ago!

That's great that they're letting you go back. I hope LO is more cooperative next time. Thanks for the review, I live in the area and was considering going to this place.

yeah I heard that too!! people at my job were like "wow prices have come down since a few years ago!" this is my first pg, so I have nothing to compare it to lol

I already can't wait to go back next week...I better have a cooperative baby...

either LO is extremely stubborn and a jokester....ORRRR camera shy (which would mean he or she takes after Daddy! )

I've been feeling SO MUCH movement lately that I thought for SURE LO moved out of the crazy position we saw last night (started sitting that way 3 weeks ago!) so we'll see i guess
