Where does it state that!?! There's no way in hell that's only 1.25mil. That has to be at least 15mill.

I was going to say, you can get a very average house on a relatively small piece of land for 1.25 million in Greenwich. There was no way a house like that would be anywhere near 1.25 million in that area.
