Lmsw - what else can I do?
I only have experience w 1 population Making no money, in non profit, no raises I don't think I can do clinical work, not in me I do social skill group work, and advocacy
Thinking switching fields completely and working way up, maybe human resources?
Any advice or ideas?

I have a behavior specialist position where I work- it's nonprofit but a great job. The position would be for psychiatric/dd population. Let me know if you are interested

A lot of it is showing how your skills are transferable.
Would you ever consider case management?
I have a lot of connections in this arena, but it tends to be one of those areas you either love or hate.
You also have to find a good agency in this area who supports their staff and won't take every client with a pulse.
Reddit also has a great social work forum that can help with ideas, although I think a lot of people who post have issues themselves so you need to weed through some of that ;).
