London broil

I have it marinating in a Lawry's steakhouse marinade. Plans changed and I'm making it tomorrow. Can I put it in the crock pot even though it's been marinating? What elsr could I throw in there to make a meal?

You can also maybe put some potatos in there?

Maybe buy a package of frozen creamed spinach and make that when you get home.
