How big of a london broil for 9 adults?
Is the rule something like 1/2 lb. per person? So, maybe a 5 lb. london broil?
I have a ton of sides....twice baked potatoes, carrots, corn casserole and I am also making some marinated chicken breasts.

I would get 2 2-pound london broils and expect left overs.

i agree. Actually i might go a little bigger with one, Id rather be sure to have left overs than not have enough.
