Lorich - you can still ride bikes on the boardwalk but not at the section where the craft fair is - you have to walk it through there and it's a HUGE pain in the azz cause it's so so crowded, you can barely get your bike through. If you want to ride and not drag it through the craft fair, I'd prob just ride off the boardwalk and back on at Monroe Blvd.
